Poinsett Club
The President’s Bar included relocating the bar to the opposite side of the room to increase functionality and flow of the space. It also included a new state-of-the-art bar system, Honduran mahogany cabinets, raised panels and eight-piece crown molding, radius bar front and canopy, and advanced lighting and audio-visual equipment and controls.
The Governor’s Room included all new finishes and a new bar to service the room during events. The Poinsett Club also wanted to gain an outdoor dining area, so Caldwell Constructors converted three windows into exterior doors to gain access to a newly constructed terrace with bluestone pavers, brick screen walls, and landscaped planters.
This extensive renovation project was completed in only 10 weeks to minimize the downtime for club operations, while keeping the project under budget.
