Gastroenterology Associates is South Carolina’s largest gastroenterology practice. Caldwell Constructors’ relationship with the gastroenterology team began in 2006 with an upfit of an empty shell space at St. Francis Hospital, followed by two sizeable renovations in 2014 at both St. Francis Hospital and Patewood Medical Campus. In 2020, the partnership continued with the new construction of a 10,000 SF Endoscopy Center in Clemson, SC. As time progressed, the need developed for a new healthcare office building designed to cultivate their vision for exceptional patient care. In 2021, the latest chapter culminated in a 40,000 SF advanced Greenville facility, seamlessly blending first-floor ambulatory services with a second-floor hub for office, administration, and exam rooms. This landmark project reflects both organizations’ growth and Caldwell’s expertise in crafting patient-centric healthcare spaces that stand the test of time.
