This $7.5 million adaptive reuse renovation and addition showcases how existing commercial structures can be reimagined into highly functional, modern healthcare environments. Located at the prominent corner of Halton Road and Mall Connector Road, the 13,924-square-foot facility now serves as a comprehensive orthopedic care destination for the community.
Highlights include 30 exam rooms, three X-ray and procedure rooms, physical therapy areas, and advanced technology for staff coordination and privacy. Thoughtful interior and exterior design—such as clear and etched glazing, smart glass, LED lighting, and new masonry and metal panels—enhances both function and experience while modernizing the building’s aesthetic.onry, insulated metal panels, and storefront glazing.
