The Lofts at Woodside Mill

From Cotton to Comfort: Woodside Mill Rises Again as Luxurious Modern Lofts

Originally built in 1902, The Lofts at Woodside Mill is a 450,000 SF historical mill building that is now home to 309 apartments. What was once the largest cotton mill in the United States now features modern finishes and luxe amenities such as co-working spaces, a conference room, a top-of-the-line clubhouse, an outdoor entertainment area, and a resort-style pool. Scope included all site work and comprehensive improvements. This project was given the South Carolina Historic Preservation Honor Award with a presentation by Governor McMaster.
