Our latest project together has resulted in the construction of a new 5,000 SF office building in Clemson, SC, designed to serve both Southern Eye Associates and Keller Williams Realty. Founded in 1999, Southern Eye Associates is a physician-owned comprehensive eye care practice with multiple locations across the Upstate of South Carolina, and their newest facility is equipped with top-of-the-line technology and high-end finishes. The building’s dual-purpose design features a wood and structural steel frame, complemented by a brick and Hardie board façade with elegant canopy and storefront elements, reflecting a modern style. The interior boasts sophisticated finishes, custom millwork, and fixtures tailored to meet the specific needs of both Southern Eye and Keller Williams. This project not only underscores Caldwell Constructors’ commitment to quality and precision but also exemplifies our ability to deliver specialized facilities that cater to diverse professional needs.
