The Prisma Health Family YMCA campus expansion adds 14,500 square feet to the existing 80,000 SF facility, enhancing the YMCA’s ability to serve the growing needs of the community through expanded youth development, recreation, and support spaces.

A key feature of the project is a new 7,700 SF gymnasium designed to support afterschool programs, summer day camps, and youth sports, while also accommodating group exercise classes, pickleball, dance, homeschool PE, and other recreational programming.

The expansion also brings childcare programs back onsite, creating a centralized and convenient environment for families. Three new 900 SF classrooms provide dedicated space for youth development and educational programming.

Additional improvements include staff-focused enhancements such as new offices, a conference room, added restrooms, and a pantry.

This expansion strengthens the YMCA’s role as a hub for wellness, learning, and community connection while creating flexible spaces that support a wide range of programs for all ages.
