Caldwell has completed multiple projects for Primrose School. The 12,000 SF childcare facility in Midtown Greenville, SC, was built on a former restaurant site. Site challenges necessitated the construction of multiple retaining walls to maximize the site’s potential. The facility incorporated features aligned with the client’s Balanced Learning approach, prioritizing safety, inclusive spaces, outdoor play areas, and sustainable elements.
