Caldwell Constructors is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the Holland Park Office Building, a new 7,000 SF development that highlights the continued growth and innovation in Greenville.

Designed by LMG Architects, this project will become the new home of the Holland & Alderson Law Firm, formerly known as the J. Darryl Holland Law Firm. The move marks an exciting milestone as Chris Alderson joins the firm as partner.

In addition to professional office space, the building will introduce a unique new concept to the area: Holland Salon Suites, offering modern, flexible suites for independent salon professionals.
