Caldwell Constructors was proud to be part of the new construction project for Clearwater Solutions Lab, a facility dedicated to maintaining drinking water and wastewater systems. This collaboration involves working closely with the owner’s architect and civil engineer to bring this vision to life. The project encompasses the construction of an approximately 3,500 SF wood-framed building, complemented by the development of a well-designed and functional site, including driveways, parking areas, sidewalks, utilities, and stormwater infrastructure.
