This new 14,500 SF office building encompasses fully utilized patient care areas and an extra 3,500 SF of shell space earmarked for prospective expansion. The project demanded meticulous management of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, necessitating a synergistic effort with civil and structural engineers to achieve flawless integration and operational excellence.
