Caldwell completed the new construction of Carolina Cornea and Laser Center, an 8,700 SF two-story healthcare facility. Carolina Cornea offers a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge eye care solutions, with a particular focus on cornea-related issues. Caldwell Constructors’ relationship with Carolina Cornea began in 2005, with an up-fit for Dr. Anne Parker in the GHS Patewood Medical Campus. Fifteen years later, Dr. Parker desired to expand and approached Caldwell as her general contractor of choice. This was a design-build relationship, where we completed the construction of an existing shell building and replaced the exterior façade. This expansion exhibits the center’s commitment to comprehensive healthcare with advanced facilities and specialized care.
