Caldwell Constructors was proud to partner with McMillan Pazdan Smith and the owner on the completed Bank of Travelers Rest Headquarters Addition and Renovation project. This project involved the construction of a new 2-story office building addition alongside significant interior renovations to the existing headquarters. The addition provided over 11,000 SF of new office space, including training rooms, a modern lounge area, and additional functional spaces designed to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. Seamlessly integrated with the existing headquarters, the renovations blended the old with the new, expanding the total construction space to over 14,000 SF. This project expanded the physical footprint of the Bank of Travelers Rest and strengthened its capacity to serve the community more effectively, marking a significant milestone in the bank’s history.
