Gastroenterology Associates, P.A., is South Carolina’s largest gastroenterology practice.

Caldwell Constructors’ relationship with the gastroenterology team began in 2006 with an upfit of an empty shell space at St. Francis Hospital, followed by two sizeable renovations in 2014 at both St. Francis Hospital and Patewood Building B.

In 2020, our relationship continued with the new construction of a 10,000 SF Endoscopy Center in Clemson, SC.

As time progressed, the need for a new medical office building in Greenville arose and in 2021, Caldwell began construction on the 40,000 SF state-of-the-art building. The first floor contains the ambulatory care portion of the practice, and the second floor houses office, administration, and exam rooms.
