Carolina Cornea and Laser Center
11,400 SF up-fit of shell space for Dr. Anne Parker in GHS Patewood Medical Campus. The project consisted of 14 exam rooms, 2 laser rooms, patient waiting rooms and check in/out, sales area for contact lenses and glasses, and physician offices. Caldwell Constructors managed this project as a joint venture with Trehel Corporation.
