We are excited to share that a project we’re honored to be a part of was recently featured in the Upstate Business Journal! Caldwell Constructors is proud to help bring Oasis Animal Hospital & Pet Emergency Center’s vision to life as they expand into a larger, state-of-the-art facility in Mauldin.
Located at 900 W. Butler Road, the new 15,000-square-foot space will allow owners Dr. Atticus Mabry and Dr. Kristen Espinoza to expand their services, enhance community outreach, and elevate the experience for both pet owners and staff.
“One of the big motivations of this is space,” said Dr. Mabry. “Let’s bring some natural light in here and just make it feel homey and not like a vet practice.”
This cutting-edge facility is designed to transform veterinary care with:
- 14 exam rooms for comprehensive patient care
- 3 surgical suites equipped for advanced procedures
- An emergency center open daily from 8 AM to midnight
- Dedicated spaces for team collaboration and educational classes for staff and the community
