“At a ground-breaking ceremony Wednesday morning at the Woodside Cotton Mill property in West Greenville, representatives from Crossgate Partners and Caldwell Constructors announced that the 500,000-square-foot mill is going to be redeveloped into a luxury apartment building, housing 307 units.
According to Randy Moore, the managing partner with Crossgate Partners, the high-end apartments will feature expansive ceiling heights, luxury floor plans, gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances; and a “best in class” amenity package. The building will also have extensive shared space, featuring a club room, an event space, a dog park, outdoor space, a resort style pool, pool pavilion, outdoor fireplaces; and plenty of parking.”
