“At a ground-breaking ceremony Wednesday morning at the Woodside Cotton Mill property in West Greenville, representatives from Crossgate Partners and Caldwell Constructors announced that the 500,000 SF mill is going to be redeveloped into a luxury apartment building, housing 307 units.
According to Randy Moore, the managing partner with Crossgate Partners, the high-end apartments will feature expansive ceiling heights, luxury floor plans, gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, and a “best in class” amenity package. The building will also have extensive shared space, featuring a club room, an event space, a dog park, outdoor space, a resort-style pool, pool pavilion, outdoor fireplaces, and plenty of parking.”
