“The final phase in the revitalization of the largest of all the old mill sites in Greenville is about to begin with a $60 million undertaking to convert the last two buildings in the overall Judson Mill District project into something new.
The remaining two historic buildings, known as the Jenny and Westervelt, will become 181 loft apartments, adding approximately 170,000 square feet of residential space, according to a news release.”
