Caldwell Constructors is honored to serve as general contractor for the renovation of Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina’s Augusta Street location in Greenville.
The project will transform the existing strip mall at 3214 Augusta St. into a new multi-use campus featuring an expanded retail store, donation center, and career and training center — bringing job training, job fairs, and employment services to the community. Caldwell is proud to partner with Betsch Associates and Goodwill on this meaningful project, which is expected to reopen in summer 2027.
