We’re honored to be working alongside The Salvation Army and McMillan Pazdan Smith on the new “Center of Hope” campus renovation in Greenville.

The proposed 42,000-square-foot facility will expand shelter capacity from 90 to 143 beds while introducing family and transitional housing, enhanced social services spaces, classrooms, computer labs, dining areas, and more — all designed to better serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community.

This transformational project represents more than new construction — it represents dignity, stability, and hope for those in need across the Upstate.
