Caldwell Constructors is honored to be a part of the newly opened Goddard School on Pelham Road, recently featured in the Greenville Journal! This beautiful, 15,000-square-foot early childhood education center will serve around 200 children ages 6 weeks to 6 years, with afterschool care available for children up to 10.
The facility, located at 106 Stone Village Drive, includes 16 classrooms, a STEAM lab, library, multiple playgrounds, a garden, outdoor classroom, and even a soccer field—creating an enriching environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
Owned and operated by Bill and Melanie Hyatt, this marks their second Upstate location, continuing their commitment to providing high-quality care and education for families across Greenville.
