A project we are excited to be part of was recently featured on GSA Business Report:

Prisma Health Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital and community partners celebrated the opening of a $2.3 million adaptive sports and wellness center on Aug. 22.

The center will provide personalized access to adaptive sports and wellness programs for individuals with chronic conditions or physical/intellectual disabilities, according to a Prisma Health news release.

The 9,000-square-foot Roger C. Peace Adaptive Sports & Wellness Center, at 159 Wellborn St. in the heart of Greenville’s Unity Park, was funded almost entirely by community support, the news release stated.

In addition to adaptive fitness outreach, the new center will provide physical, occupational and recreational outpatient therapies as well as pilot innovative rehabilitation technology that, once adopted, could expand to RCP’s other outpatient centers, according to the release.”
