The Holland Park Office Building is a testament to the dynamic growth and development in Greenville. Designed by LMG Architects, the 7,000 SF building will serve as the future home for the Holland & Alderson Law Firm, formerly known as the J. Darryl Holland Law Firm. Chris Alderson is joining the firm as a partner. The building will also offer a new concept called Holland Salon Suites. Caldwell Constructors, the General Contractor for the project, brings their expertise and commitment to excellence to ensure the successful completion of this significant project.
About Holland Park
Holland Park, located at 815 Laurens Road, is a 12-acre vibrant mixed-use development strategically situated on the portion of the Laurens Road Corridor closest to downtown Greenville. It is home to popular spots such as Double Stamp Brewery, Home Team BBQ, Flying Rabbit Aerial Adventures, Greektown Grille Express, and more. Additionally, Holland Park is located on the Swamp Rabbit Trail Extension and is home to several exciting 5k races throughout the year. J. Darryl Holland is the developer and owner of Holland Park.
