Interim Healthcare
Design/Build, new construction of office building for Interim HealthCare’s Spartanburg office relocation. Participated in site selection and exterior facade studies with the owner. Construction services included final site grading, parking surfaces, landscaping, and construction of new office building measuring approximately 12,750 SF in ground floor building area with an unfinished second-floor space of approximately 2,600 SF.
